Hiba Hassan is a lecturer at university of technology department of laser and optoelectronics engineering since 2007. In 2002 she got B.Sc. degree in Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering at Al-Nahrain University. In 2006 she finished her requirement to get M.Sc. degree in the same department. She has a PhD in laser engineering from department of laser and optoelectronics engineering at university of technology working on fiber laser design and application.
