Aim and Scope
The main of legal affairs is organizing the guarantees and contracts. Besides, it provides legal advice in different issues, to the presidency and council of the department.
Mission and Duties
1- Organizing the guaranty to the students inside Iraq who enroll in the department.
2- Follow up the laws that issued to the higher education and scientific research.
3- Organizing records and files of the legal unit.
4-prepared the issued contacts
5- Participation in the disciplinary investigative committees
6- Follow the issued contracts between our department and others.
7- Provide legal advice to the department.
