Mohammed Jalal AbdulRazzaq currently works at the Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering department, University of Technology, Iraq, since 2004. Ahmed is an academic lecturer at the Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering, University of Technology Baghdad since 2015. He joined the department in 2013. He is an academic lecturer, where he teaches communication systems, electromagnetisms and signals and systems.
Ahmed received the B.Sc. degree in Optoelectronics Engineering from the University of Technology, the Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering in 2008. His rank was the 1st among 24 of his colleague. In 2011, he granted a scholarship from the HCED to complete his study Master degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
