Inspected the examination

The head of the department, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Wahab Minshed, inspected the examination process in our department on Wednesday 23/5/2018. The exams were conducted smoothly and without any position.

On Tuesday, 6/3/2018, the letter was accepted and the student was granted a master's degree

The thesis of the master student (Qusay Abdullah Rasool), the specialty of optical electronics engineering, has been discussed about his thesis:

On Thursday, 15/3/2018, the letter was accepted and the student was granted a master's degree.

Blood donation

A group of students from our department participated under the supervision of the administrative assistant of the department and the educational supervisor of the blood donation campaign organized by the student activities department with the electrical engineering department on Tuesday 24/4/2018

Competitive Examination

The approval of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to change the date of the competitive examination to Monday, 25/6/2018 instead of 24/6/2018

Scientific Promotion

The tutor Dr. (Abdullah Khudair Abbas) has been promoted from the rank of lecturer to the rank of assistant professor.

Patent 14/3/2018

Head of Department Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdel Wahab Minshed and Administrative Assistant Prof. Khalid Salem Shabib have received a patent and a new method for assessing thermal damage in tissues using laser.

Scientific Seminar

The Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering held its scientific seminar entitled "Advanced Optoelectronics in Communication and Remote Sensing" on Thursday 19/4/2018 in the presence of a group of specialists in this field.
