*Continuous library supply of information resources needed by faculty members and research students and continue to update and provide them constantly
*Development of the office system in line with recent developments in library and information services
*Facilitate the library services for all users of the university and outside the university and enable them to access sources and book references in the best ways
*Create the appropriate atmosphere within the library for study and research
