Miss. Eman was a programmer in military manufacturing committee between 1992 and 2005. In 2005, she is appointed as an academic lecturer at the University Technology- Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering Department, where she teached many programming languages and supervised a number of labs.

Dr. Ali Alwahib is is the director of the Optoelectronics Engineering and Assistant Professor of Detectors and Optical Sensor of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering, University of Technology, Iraq. He received his B.sc. in metallurgical engineering branch of the production and metallurgical engineering department, University of Technology, and M.sc. in the field of laser / metallurgical engineering at institute of laser for postgraduate studies in university of technology. Ali A. Alwahib in 2012 moved to Malaysia to finished PhD degree from UPM university putra Malaysia. In 2017 he got Phd in advance photonics /photonics and fiber optics systems engineering/ Faculty of engineering. He has focused better material or sensing heavy metals and design new sensing layer. he has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of sensor work, particular SPR sensors problems.

Dr. Makram Abdul-mutaleb is a Professor and the deputy head the department of the Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering. Dr. Makram earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Optoelectronics Engineerig, respectively. In 2016, he earned his PhD degree in Nano-photonic Crystals from the UNIMAP, Malysia.

Dr. Makram is supervising two PhD students and a number of Master students in the field of Nano-Photonics and Optoelectronics Applications. He published a large number of articles in both research journals and international conferences. He also manages a research group in the department wher they do research in very advanced topics in Optoelectronics field.
