Kadhim Abid Hubeatir currently works as a Lecturer at the Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering department, University of Technology, Baghdad - Iraq since 2003. His B.Sc in Physics, College of Science, University of Mosul, Iraq 1980, and has an M.Sc. in Applied Physics 1986 , Applied Science Department-University of Technology, Baghdad-Iraq.and Ph.D. in Laser Technology, Al Rasheed College of Engineering and science 2001. His research interested in Laser applications in Material processing and Nanotechnology , Medical applications (In dentistry).

Milad Nazar Abdulkareem Alghurabi earned her M.Sc. degree in 2018 from Erciyes University – Turkey in Applied Physics with Academic Excellence Awards and her B.Sc. in Laser Physics in Applied Sciences from Technology University – Iraq in 2003. Professionally she has worked as a researcher since 2008 at Technology University at Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering department before moving to the academia in 2016.

Dr. Abdullah Khudiar Abass is the director of the Laser Engineering and a Professor of Optical Communications within the department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering, University of Technology, Iraq. He received the BSc in Electrical Engineering from Al-Rasheed college of Engineering and Science, Bagdad, Iraq, 1999, an M.Sc. in Laser Engineering, Rasheed college for Engineering and Science 2004. He received the Ph.D. in Optical Communications, University of Tanaga National (UNITEN), Malaysia, 2015.
