Dr. Makram Abdulmutallab Fakhri has received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the president of the University for his outstanding efforts in completing and publishing the research entitled:

-Preparation and study of the properties of photonic lithium photovoltaic membranes as a result of mixing new raw materials using pyrolysis spray method.

-Preparation and characterization of photonic LiNbO3 generated from mixing of new raw materials using spry pyrolysis method.

It is worth mentioning that he was awarded the second prize in the award of distinguished professors in publishing the above research in a specialized scientific journal specialized for 2016 in the annual celebration of the Iraqi flag day 2017 on the al-Hakeem hall at the University of Baghdad on Wednesday, 20/9/2017.

A team of the University of Technology headed by the Head of the Department of Laser and Optoelectronic Engineering has visited the Zora'a General Company, one of the companies of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals by formal commissioned by the Presidency of the University of Technology. The visit was conducted by the team with the team formed by the Ministry of Industry and Minerals to the above company on 27/8/2017. They reviewed the problems and obstacles that Presented by the company's members and was presented by the team to form a joint team to solve the problems and obstacles in the event they exist.
